With over many completed LCD designs, we have the experience to help you make your product unique.

The process begins with identifying your preferred dimensions and segment content. We will advise on the most cost-effective overall size. Our Enginneer will help you determined the best and cost effective solutions for your products.

Drawings are prepared and when approved, prototypes are made. These are evaluated and used to test your electronics design.

Once approved your custom LCD goes into mass production.

Our role is to advise and ensure that the manufacturer correctly implements your requirements. We use our expertise to cut down the time taken to arrive at cost-effective and good-looking displays.

Apart from size and segment detail, other options are available:

TN or STN fluid
Extended temperature ranges
Polarizer mode and coloured polarizers (for bar-graphs for instance)
Display mode - positive / negative, is a backlight to be used?
Connector method - to suit your production processes and board layout
Viewing angle, determined by your application
